Commission Info

What I will draw:

  • Humans

  • Gore

  • Multiple characters

  • OCs

  • Fanart

  • I'll try whatever I can :)

What I will not draw:

  • Furries

  • Animals

  • NSFW

  • Realism

  • Imitations of other artists' art styles

Terms Of Service

Basic Terms

  • All drawings will contain a signature that one may not remove

  • Prices may fluctuate depending on the request and circumstances

  • I may rightfully reject a requested order I am unable or uncomfortable with doing

Payment

  • I only accept payment in USD

  • Payment should be completed through PayPal

  • 50% of the final price must be paid upfront and the other 50% must be paid once I send you the second work in progress (WIP) shot

  • Do not pay me until I accept your order and have discussed the commission with you

Process

  • I will send you multiple screenshots during the drawing process to be approved so you can enjoy the final product as much as possible :)

  • WIPs will still include a signature or watermark

  • You will be notified if there are any hindrances during the process, extending the amount of time needed (generally 3 days to 1 month, depending on the complexity of the piece)

  • The final product will still have my signature, but you will receive it in full resolution (platform may depend on the file size)

  • I will allow at least 2 revisions, but if you decide to make a change after the progress being previously approved, an extra percentage of the final price will be charged (depending on the change being made)

Copyright / Usage Policy

  • I am allowed to post the commissioned art piece wherever I choose - however, this term can be discussed and changed according to your needs or preferences

  • You can use the commissioned piece for personal purposes

  • You may not claim the actual art as your own, but you can claim the characters or concept since it was made for you! :)

  • Commercially using the artwork, altering the piece without discussing it with me, and claiming the art as your own are considered copyright infringements

  • I reserve full rights (including use and distribution) to the artwork, but we may discuss and negotiate any specific terms :)

Refund Policy

  • You will receive a full refund if I am unable to start the commission or if you decide to cancel your order before I begin the commission

  • If you decide to cancel after I've started working on your commission (I'll notify you when I do), you won't receive a full refund, but you'll only have to pay for what I've drawn so far
